Hey, I’m Abi, Your Favourite Creative 3rd Wheel…

I’m a wedding and couples photographer based just north of Norwich, where I live with my husband James and our little gang of animals, our Border Collie, Padme, and our three cats: Lestat, Leia, and Buffy (yes, the names are exactly what you think!).

I moved to Norfolk in 2017 after finishing my fine art degree at Plymouth University, which I absolutely loved, and began photographing weddings the following summer. Originally from Hertfordshire, I’ve well and truly put down roots here.

Norfolk has my heart now, and I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else.

MY FULL STORY

Close-up of a bride in a white lace wedding dress with an open back, embraced by a groom in a black suit, in an outdoor setting with green grass and trees in the background.
Close-up of a woman with long, blonde, wavy hair decorated with small white flowers, outdoors with a blurred green background.
A bride and groom sharing an intimate moment outdoors at sunset, with their foreheads touching and eyes closed, surrounded by greenery.

DOG MUM // STORYTELLER // STEPHEN KING FAN // FESTIVAL GOER // CAT LADY

When I’m not behind the camera capturing love stories, you’ll usually find me with my nose in a book or a paintbrush in hand. I'm a huge fan of Stephen King, if there’s a spooky story, a hot chocolate, and some candles involved, I’m in my happy place.

Horses have also been a lifelong love. While I don’t have one of my own just yet, I’ve been riding since I was a kid and still spend time at the stables whenever I can. Music is another big part of my life, James and I are always heading to gigs and festivals (Download 2023 was a standout!).

Photography, for me, is all about storytelling. The real kind. The quiet moments, the belly laughs, the way you look at each other when no one else is watching, that’s the magic I want to capture.

Whether it’s a wedding day or a cosy couples session, I feel so lucky to do what I do. It’s not just about pretty photos (though don’t worry, we’ll get plenty of those!). It’s about helping people feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated, just as they are.

Thanks for stopping by, I'm so glad you're here. If you think we’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
